The terms that apply when you use the AZM website, its demos and its AI tools. Please read them before you rely on anything you see here.
01 Who we are

02 Using the site
You may browse the site, use its demos and AI tools, and send us enquiries for your own business purposes. You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, through the site;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems, or interfere with how they work;
- send automated or excessive requests, scrape the site, or try to get around its request limits or spam checks;
- use the assistant or the builder to produce unlawful, harmful, misleading or offensive content, or try to make them reveal their instructions or behave in ways they were not designed for;
- submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send someone else’s personal data without their permission;
- upload or send malicious code.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
03 Prices, proposals and agreements
Prices on the site (“From AED …”) are starting points, for guidance only. The final price depends on scope and complexity, and is set in a written proposal.
Nothing on the site, in the assistant or the builder, or in a reply to an enquiry is a binding offer. A project begins only when a written proposal or agreement has been signed by you and AZM, and that document governs the work.
Prices are in UAE dirhams. Any VAT will be shown in the proposal.
04 The AI assistant and builder
The AZM Assistant, the “What do you want to build?” builder and “Ask AZM Command” on the dashboards demo produce answers automatically using AI. What they produce:
- may be incomplete, out of date or wrong;
- is general information, not legal, financial, technical or other professional advice;
- is not a quote, commitment or offer from AZM, including any prices, timelines or system designs it suggests.
Check anything important with us before you rely on it, and please do not share sensitive or confidential information with these tools. Our privacy policy explains how they work.
05 Demos and work
The demos, dashboards, sample data and work items on this site are AZM concepts, made to show how we would approach a problem. Unless clearly stated otherwise, they are not client projects, and any names, figures and results in them are sample data, not real clients or outcomes.
06 Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the AZM name and mark, text, design, graphics, 3D work, software and demos, belong to AZM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or reuse its content, or use the AZM name or mark, without our written permission.
Ideas and briefs you send us remain yours. You allow us to use them to review your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Ownership of anything we build for you is set out in the agreement we sign together.
07 Third-party links and services
The site may link to, or rely on, websites and services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
08 Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent UAE law allows, we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or up to date.
Content on the site is general information about AZM and its services. It is not professional advice.
09 Limitation of liability
To the extent the laws of the United Arab Emirates allow, AZM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site, the demos or the AI tools, or from relying on their content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UAE law. Work we do for you is governed by its signed agreement, including that agreement’s own terms on liability.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site.
